Abstract
La presente indagine rappresenta il tentativo di mettere a fuoco la nozione di usus publicus emergente dalla lettura delle fonti romane in tema di tutela interdittale di taluni beni pubblici chiamati perciò nelle fonti,perlomeno a partire dall'età augustea, res in usu publico.
